PURPOSE: To view safly in the water in stormy weather by inlaying driving tires loosely in travel groove parts formed on the travel guide inside surfaces between a pair of travel guides arranged to extend from the land into the water so as to support a submersible travel car body.
CONSTITUTION: A submersible travel car body 1 is constituted from a passenger room 2 to view, an engine room 4 to accomodate a drive 3 and a car body weight adjusting tank room 5. Driving tires 9 are arranged projecting-like on both sides of the engine room 4, and these driving tires 9 are inlaid loosely in travel groove parts 11 on the upper inside of travel guides 10 arranged so as to stand erect on both sides of the submersible travel car body 1 from the ground A. Furthermore, in the case of being on the land, the driving tires 9 are brought into contact with the land side travel surfaces 13 in the travel groove parts 11 by means of dead weight of the submersible travel car body 1. Meanwhile, simultaneously with submergence in the water C, buyancy is adjusted by pouring water into a car body buyancy adjusting tank room 5, and the driving tires 9 are also brought into contact with the sea side travel surfaces 12.
