Abstract:

To independently move a railroad vehicle to a siding by pressurizing an air pipe even if an air compressor fails and pressure in the air pipe directly communicating over organization is reduced.

When the air compressor 10 fails, a first cock 170a composing an air pipe pressurizing means 200a is opened to supply pressurized air accumulated in an emergency air tank 160 to the first air pipe 100, thereby pressurizing the first air pipe 100. Since a control valve 70 is operated by pressure restoration of the first air pipe 100 to loosen and release a brake, the vehicle 500 does not require a relief vehicle, and then is independently moved to the siding at reduced speed.
