Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a derailment restoration device which accurately and easily conducts traverse movement of a derailed vehicle after lifting it up.SOLUTION: On a substrate 22 fixed to a body frame 2 of a vehicle body 1, a pair of right and left screw shafts 27 are rotatably retained by inner and outer bearings 28 and 29. The screw shafts 27 are driven by hydraulic motors 33 fixed to the inner bearing 29. A nut 30 is screwed onto the screw shafts 27, and the nuts 30 are fixed to base plates 12, and lifting hydraulic cylinders 5 are fixed to the base plates 12. Further, on an upper surface of the base plates 12, movable guide rails 25 are fixed on front and rear sides sandwiching the nuts 30. The movable guide rails 25 are supported to be freely slidable to the right and left on a fixed guide rail 23. When the same amount of pressure oil is supplied to the right and left hydraulic motors 33, the right and left screw shafts 27 are synchronized to rotate with precision. Accordingly, traverse movement of the vehicle can be conducted with accuracy in a simple manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
