Abstract:
To provide a railroad vehicle capable of facilitating inflow of travel wind into a cooling fin arranged in a concave part at a lower part of a main body of the railroad vehicle.SOLUTION: A railroad vehicle 10 includes: a main body 11 of the railroad vehicle; a power conversion part 13 mounted on the main body 11 of the railroad vehicle; a protruding concave part 15 provided on a lower part of the main body 11 of the railroad vehicle; and a plurality of plate-like cooling fins 16 arranged in the concave part 15 to cool the power conversion part 13 with travel wind of the main body 11 of the railroad vehicle. The railroad vehicle 10 further includes a protrusion part 17 provided on a surface 152a of the concave part 15 and on an upstream side of the travel wind of the cooling fins 16, and protruding downward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
