Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely issue an approach alarm between railway maintenance vehicles, a line closing device and the maintenance vehicle, etc., without any error, when there is a possibility of collision.
SOLUTION: Each vehicle is provided with a sensor means for detecting the position, speed and advancing direction of the vehicle and database providing route information of the vehicle. Each vehicle sets own state information based on the detection results of the sensor means and the route information of the database, transmits the own state information to other vehicles, receives other vehicle state information from the other vehicles, and decides approaching alarm conditions based on the own state information and the other vehicle state information.
