Abstract:
To provide a motor-driven railway model type point switching device for switching points by energization only at the time of switching.SOLUTION: A point switching device includes a motor 11 with a speed reducer fixed to a roadbed 1, an eccentric cam 23 fastened to its output shaft 11a, and a driven lever 25 supported by the roadbed so as to reciprocate right and left horizontally at each rotational phase angle 180°. The driven lever 25 transmits oscillation to a tongue rail 3. A one-circuit two-contact point toggle switch 10 for alternately switching output side two contact points is interposed between a power source and the motor 11, and a limit switch 14 is interposed between this and the motor 11. The limit switch 14 includes input side two contact points connected to the two contact points of the toggle switch 10, and switches the input side two contact points in synchronization with the completion of switching of the tong rail 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
