To actualize construction for hardly causing great stress near a bolt 8 and mounting holes 3, 4 in spite of thermal expansion of brake discs 1, 1 with braking operation.
A spring pin 5a is inserted into the first mounting hole 3 formed in a railway vehicle wheel 2 and into the second mounting holes 4, 4 formed in the brake discs 1, 1 in the state of being pressed into the second mounting holes 4, 4. A nut 9 is threaded and fastened to a bolt 8 inserted through the spring pin 5a to join the railway vehicle wheel 2 to the brake discs 1, 1. On the outer peripheral face of an axially central portion of the spring pin 5a in opposition to the inner peripheral face of the first mounting hole 3, a recessed portion 15 is provided which is recessed radially inward of the railway vehicle wheel 2. The center of the first mounting hole 3 is located radially outside of the railway vehicle wheel 2 and the brake discs 1, 1 beyond the center of each of the second mounting hole 4, 4.
