Abstract:
To provide a railway wheel generating less noise using a noise absorbing material.
A railway wheel is provided with a noise absorbing material 2 like a rubber at the portion to which the load of the vehicle is exerted so as to absorbs noise generated by wheels. A claw 1 is provided for guiding on the rail. A tire as the noise absorbing material 2 is provided, which is attached to the iron claw using a pressing plate formed of a metal ring 4.
