To provide a system for manufacturing clean water or reclaimed water, capable of taking immediate measures even when membrane breakage or the like occurs in a water treatment apparatus.
This manufacturing system includes a raw water catch tank for catching collected rainwater and a water treatment apparatus which cleans collected water and manufactures clean water and/or reclaimed water, and is structured so that the water treatment apparatus has a microfilter filter and reverse osmosis membrane apparatus, a turbidity sensor is installed on the downstream side of the microfilter filter and a conductometric meter is installed on the downstream side of the reverse osmosis membrane apparatus to monitor the concentration and electric conductivity of each of suspended matter components, and so that, upon the detection of an abnormal value, the valve on a pipe on the downstream side of the microfilter filter or the reverse osmosis membrane apparatus is closed.
