PURPOSE: To provide a ram driving device of press machine which makes the vibration low by restricting the vibration to generate caused on the movement of a ram assembly together with the low noise while keeping the high productivity as the press machine.

CONSTITUTION: A ram rotary shaft 5 being freely rotating is supported on a frame 1, a double cam 7 composed of a ram lowering cam 7A and a ram raising cam 7B is attached to this ram rotary shaft 5, and a ram assembly 11 providing a striker 9 on the lower side is installed freely movable up and down on the frame 1. A 1st, a 2nd rollers 13, 15 supported freely rotating with the ram assembly 11 are made with rotating in contact with the lowering cam 7A, the ram raising cam 7B respectively and a vibration restricting device 19 to move a weight 17 composed of almost same weight in the reverse phase is installed on the ram assembly 11.
