Abstract:
To easily determine whether a to-be-measured object is a specific substance or not.SOLUTION: A Raman spectroscopic sensor has: a light source 2 that emits testing light to a to-be-measured object 1; a zone passage filter 4 that allows passage of Raman scattered light by blocking Rayleigh scattered light of scattered light caused in the to-be-measured object 1 due to the testing light; an array waveguide diffraction grating 10 that splits the Raman scattered light passed through the zone passage filter 4 into a plurality of wavelength components; a light-receiving unit 6 that receives light resulting from splitting the Raman scattered light into the plurality of wavelength components; and a determination unit 7 that determines presence or absence of a light intensity peak of a predetermined number of waves of the Raman scattered light from an intensity of the light detected by the light-receiving unit 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
