Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a runback control device which can eliminate an excessive runback motion in a switching operation period of fuel supplied to a composite burner, and a runback control method.SOLUTION: In a fuel switching motion period by a switching-type fuel supply unit, a runback control device determines: (a) whether or not a plurality of fuel supply units except for the switching-type fuel supply unit are in states that fuel supply motions are performed by automatic operations; (b) whether or not a misfire frequency of a gas combustion part of each composite burner is higher than a reference frequency, or the pressure of a gas which is supplied to the gas combustion part of each composite burner is lower than prescribed reference pressure; and (c) whether or not a motion for supplying coal to a coal combustion part of each composite burner is in a state that the motion is not performed by the automatic operation, and when all of (a), (b) and (c) are affirmed, the runback control device determines that a runback motion should be performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
