Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ramp voltage generating apparatus, capable of generating a plurality of ramp voltages whose phases are shifted from each other, using a simple circuit configuration.
SOLUTION: The ramp voltage generating apparatus includes a ramp voltage generating circuit 5 for generating a plurality of ramp voltages which are out of phase with each other from one ramp voltage; and a control circuit. The ramp voltage generating circuit 5 includes a plurality of voltage generating circuit portions 50 connected in parallel to a voltage input terminal 51. Each voltage generating circuit portion 50 includes a voltage output terminal 52, a capacitor C, an operational amplifier 54, and switching elements SW1, SW2, SW3. The control circuit turns on the third switching elements, while shifting the time point of switching each of the third switching elements SW3 of the plurality of voltage generating circuit portions 50, from off to on state; and the control circuit turns off the first switching elements SW1, and also turns on the second switching elements SW2 during the period, including the fall time point of the ramp voltage inputted to the voltage input terminal 51.
