Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily maintain a reserved communication quality by reserving a communication channel in an empty state to a base station by a mobile station and performing communication of information of voice, etc.
SOLUTION: A controlling part 140 sends an information signal that signals empty information of a frequency band for random access to each mobile station 200. Each station 200 sends a reservation packet. The part 140 of a base station 100 receives the reservation packet through random access from each station 200 in a frequency band for random access and with a diffusion code. Next, the part 140 sends information to the effect that packet transmission is permitted and signaling information which includes information that designates transmission timing and a diffusion signal to a station 200 which is the sending source of a received reservation packet. The part 140 receives a packet from the station 200 in timing designated by the signaling information and with the diffusion signal.
