Abstract:
To generate physical random numbers that are simple in structure and uniform in distribution.SOLUTION: Provided are a mapping calculation circuit 10 including an I-V conversion circuit and performing a logistic mapping calculation, a subtraction circuit 20 for subtracting the output of the mapping calculation circuit 10 from 1, a feedback path for feeding back the output of the subtraction circuit 20 to an input terminal of the mapping calculation circuit 10, and a random number take-out unit 30 for obtaining a random number by digitally converting the output of the mapping calculation circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
