Title:
RANGE HOOD FAN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009092338
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To automatically carry out operation at an optimum exhaust air capacity in response to the used number and direction of burners of a heating cooker, and a cooking process.

A range hood fan has a constitution provided with a pyroelectric infrared ray sensor 3 with eight elements arranged like an array shape on a face facing the burner of the heating cooker 2, a silicone lens 4 converging infrared rays with respect to the pyroelectric infrared ray sensor 3, a shutter mechanism 6 intermittently interrupting the infrared rays, a dc motor 5 carrying out driving of the shutter mechanism 6 and rotational scanning of the pyroelectric infrared ray sensor 3 and the silicon lens 4, a thermistor 7 detecting a temperature of a shutter mechanism 6 periphery, a signal processing means 8 for amplifying signals of the pyroelectric infrared ray sensor 3 and the thermistor 7, and calculating a temperature, a heating cooker state judging means 9 for judging a state of the heating cooker from a signal-processed temperature distribution, and a control means 11 capable of driving, stopping, or changing a rotational frequency of a motor 10 of the range hood fan 1 in response to a state judgement result of the heating cooker 2.
