To provide a range hood fan capable of efficiently collecting oily smoke around a hood without deteriorating the performance of a fan and being easily cleaned.
A range hood fan is provided with a hood 2 having an opened undersurface, a body 10 provided with a discharge port 4 and communicating with the hood 2, a baffle plate 9 arranged so as to form a suction port 1 between the baffle plate and the circumferential wall of the hood 2 and an exhaust fan 6 provided inside the body 10 and forming an air duct 7 toward the discharge port 4 from the suction port 1. In a circumferential wall inner surface of the hood 2, an inclined part 2a inclined toward the inside of the hood 2 and the downstream side of the air duct 7 to the vertical direction is formed, the inclined part 2a and an upper wall 2d inner surface of the hood 2 which faces the upper surface of the baffle plate 9 intersect each other at an obtuse angle and an air stream flowing into the hood 2 from the suction port 1 flows along the inclined part 2a between the upper wall 2d inner surface and the baffle plate 9 in the horizontal direction to be induced to the exhausted fan 6.
