A range food has: a hood 2 that is provided above or around a cooling device and that has a suction port 1, a discharge port 4 in communication with the outside, and an exhaust device 5 inside; a filter 10 in which a driving section 9 is connected ahead of a blast casing 6 arranged in a ventilation path 7 which connects the suction port 1 and the discharge port 4 through the exhaust device 5; a cleaning casing 11 that surrounds the filter 10; a nozzle 15 including a plurality of ejecting holes 12; a water supply section 19 that supplies water to the nozzle 15; and a section 22 for collecting waste water dispersed in the cleaning casing 11. The nozzle 15 is arranged from a filter center side 13 toward a filter circumferential end side 14. The plurality of ejecting holes 12 are arranged so that the positions thereof become gradually higher toward a closed end side 24 of the nozzle 15.
