Title:
RANGE-LIMITER MECHANISM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH09127394
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent an area(dead zone) where focusing is impossible from being formed.

This range-limiter mechanism includes a focusing ring 6 having a distance scale and moving together with a focusing lens L4, and a slide lever 24 restricting the movement of the ring 6 at an optional position; and restricts a movable range at an optional position separately from the movable range of the ring 6. Then, the slide lever 24 can be switched to a reference position where it can move all over the movable range, a 1st position where it is restricted by a 1st distance, and a 2nd position where it is restricted by a 2nd distance different from the 1st distance; and the 1st position and the 2nd position are separated by as long as or longer than the length of the slide lever 24 in a moving direction.
