Title:
RANGE RETRIEVAL APPARATUS BY JUDGEMENT OF STATE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1123295
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To obtain a range retrieval apparatus by which a target can be retrieved in such a way that an operator is not conscious of a runnable range by a method wherein longitude- and-latitude-value information on a moving body, fuel information, consumption-inherent information or the like is registered in a database and the runnable range of the moving body is calibrated in units of seconds.

An information control part 6 controls fuel information 2, consumption-inherent information 3, longitude-and-latitude-value information 4, on a moving body, and target longitude-and-latitude-value information 5 which are input via an input part 1, and it updates the information or takes out required information. A runnable-range computing and processing part 7 computes the runnable range of the moving body on the basis of the information taken out from the information control part 6, and a computed result is converted into longitude-and-latitude-value information by a runnable-range-position computing and processing part 8. A range retrieval processing part 9 judges whether a target exists inside the range of the obtained longitude-and-latitude-value information. By a shortest-estimation processing part 10, an operator estimates whether the target exists inside the runnable range of the moving body, and a longest-estimation computing and processing part 11 estimates a distance up to a most-distant target and its arrival time in a runnable longest distance.
