Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rapeseed protein concentrate suitable for, especially, feed for ocean-caltivated fish by substantially eliminating the containing of growth preventing substance in rapeseed cake and also permitting a protein containing quantity to be more than a specified value.
SOLUTION: The concentrate is desired to be the one which substantially does not contain growth preventing substrate in the rapeseed cake and it is desirable that a lignin content in the rapeseed protein concentrate is to be 2(wt.)% or below since lignin is important as growth preventing substance. The concentrate is a high protein converting rapeseed cake processing object, which is obtained by executing a high protein processing in the rapeseed cake and contains the protein being 55% or more (dried weight). The protein containing quantity mentioned here means a value obtained by multiplying whole nitrogen obtained by a Kuildahl method by 6.25 and the lignin content mentioned here means the one measured based on the method of P.J. Van Soest, etc.
