Abstract:

To provide a rapid-release medicament-containing granule produceable by a simple operation by using ethyl cellulose and having reduced bitterness.

This rapid-release medicament-containing granule having the reduced bitterness is obtained by granulating a medicament having the bitterness and mixed with a vehicle component with 2-40% ethyl cellulose as a binder based on the whole weight of the granule.
