Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapid temperature rise/fall heat treatment furnace using induction heating which allows for low price corresponding to energy saving, short TAT, small footprint, low running cost and small quantity multifarious production in heat treatment process.SOLUTION: A heat treatment furnace includes a cylindrical first heat generator 1, cylindrical second heat generators 2, 2a having an electrical resistivity smaller than that of the first heat generator, and an induction heating coil 3. The induction heating coil, first heat generator and second heat generators are arranged concentrically in this order from the outside, and heat is generated from both first and second heat generators by induction heating, by feeding a high frequency current to the induction heating coil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
