PURPOSE: To use only one kind of the cock circuit as well as to reduce the area of the integrated circuit by earthing the gate circuit of the transistor in the feedback circuit which feeds the output of the 2nd-step reverse circuit back to the input of the 1st-step reverse circuit.

CONSTITUTION: The signal of input I is applied to the input the 1st-step reverse circuit consisting of transistor Q3 and Q4 via transistor Q1 which opens and closes according to the clock signal to then emerge at the drain of Q4 in the form of the reversed signal. This reversed signal is applied to the input of the 2nd-step reverse circuit comprising transistor Q5 and Q6 to emerge at the drain of transistor Q7 in the form of reversed signal. Then the gate of Q7 of the feedback circuit is earthed. In case the negative potential of Q4 is attenuated by the leak current or the like when the output of Q6 features the negative potential, Q7 conducts to give refresh to the attenuated negative potential.
