This ratchet fitting is provided with a stopper member 53 rotatably supported to rotating shafts 56 to support an object article, ratchet mechanism 54 for allowing the rotation of the stopper member 53 only when the stopper member 53 is rotated in one specific direction while regulating the rotation in the other direction, and spring members (an energizing member) 55 for energizing the stopper member 53 onto one specific direction side. The spring members 55 are provided at the outer peripheral parts of the rotating shafts of the stopper member 53, and the object article is a rotating body such as a top plate 19 of an enclosed type bed.
