The first link part 210 connected with an edge 190 of a shaft 170 is installed in a ratchet mechanism structure 280 which moves a pedal 160 to the lock position. The second link part 390 connected with an edge 200 is united with a cam 500 which drives a plunger-assembly 130 loading springs equipped in a pedal housing 110. When the pedal 160 is located at the lock position, the plunger-assembly 130 comes into contact with the floor to stop a movement of the medical equipments. When the pedal 160 is slightly pushed up, the ratchet mechanism structure 280 makes the pedal 160 and the plunger- assembly 130 return back to the lock release position.
