This pipe cutter is provided with a main body composed of a grip part and a pair of tip parts which form a C shape in side view, a rotor mounted between a pair of tip parts and having a C shape in side view, a slide body slidably mounted on the rotor, and a cutting blade mounted on the slide body. The tip parts of the main body and the rotor constitute a ratchet mechanism, a pair of rollers are mounted to the rotor so as to face an opening part, a coil spring is mounted in the slide body, the cutting blade faces a pair of rollers and is positioned in the position laterally separated from the central axis of the coil spring, and the cutting blade continuously presses a pipe to be cut by spring force of the coil spring.
