This ratchet wrench has a handle G in which a motor is built, a head H furnished with a ratchet mechanism 2 having a revolving fastening part 22 to work by motive power from a crankshaft 15 connected to the motor 1 and a pin P connecting the handle G and the head H to each other and extending in the cross direction, and the head H is furnished with a tilting mechanism T to lock the head H on the handle G in a direction selected from a plurality of the angular directions around a shaft of the pin P as their center against the handle G and furnished with a lock release arm 40 mounted on the handle G free to slide and to release locking of of the tilting mechanism T.
