CONSTITUTION: A vibrator 1, a torsion bar 2, a gimbal 3, and a torsion bar 4 are formed from the same flat plate made of quartz or the like by mechining method such as etching. A conductor pattern 6 is formed on the surface of the vibrator by evaporating and the like. A magnetic field is formed in the part of the vibrator 1 by a pair of magnets 7. An AC, which has the same frequency as the natural frequency of the vibrator 1, is supplied to the driving conductor pattern 6. Then the vibrator 1 is rotated and vibrated at the part of the torsion bar 2 accompanying the torsion in the directions of arrows 8. When an angular speed 9 acts in the directions of arrows 9 under this state, Coriolis' force is generated in the vibrator 1, which is rotating and vibrating, and the gimbal 3 is rotated and vibrated accompanying the torsion in the directions of arrows 10 in the torsion bar 4.
