Title:
RATTLING PREVENTION STRUCTURE OF CONNECTOR COMPONENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3884728
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which electric parts can be housed compactly by clearance fitting in a connector used in a state of receiving vibration and swinging, and which does not cause rattling by vibration.
SOLUTION: In the case the connector 1 and the connector 2 are fitted, electric parts 3 are housed so that a socket contact 4 may be penetrated through a housing of the connector 1, and an opening 12 is formed at its housing part. An elastic member 16 having a pressurizing part 19 is installed in a short-ring housing 17 of the connector 2. If the connector 1 and the connector 2 are fitted, because the opening 12 comes below the pressurizing part 19, the pressurizing part 19 presses the electric parts 3 elastically, and the electric parts 3 do not cause rattling even by the clearance fitting. Furthermore, because the electric parts 3 are in a fitting region of the socket contact 4 and a pin contact 14, they are housed compactly.
