Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a process for producing raw pasture grass by microorganism transformation. CONSTITUTION: This process is to produce raw pasture grass by the microorganism transformation of the raw pasture grass harvest between an aerobic phase and subsequent anaerobic phase characterized by the generation of the anaerobic phase in the presence of lactic acid bacteria forming a Clostridium inhibition factor.
