To enhance removability and wear resistance and lower sticking cohesion of a sloping chute with respect to a sintering raw material by pasting ceramic liners, which are formed into a tile-like shape, with dry joints onto a top side face of a sintering raw material charging sloping chute having a heating temperature raising device.
This charging sloping chute (S) comprises tile-like ceramic liners 3 pasted to a heating temperature raising device 5 with an adhesive 4 by arranging joints (M) of about 0.5mm under a drum feeder 2 located under an ore-supplying hopper 1. There is no difference in pasting conditions of the ceramic liners 3 even though either of a steam can or an electric heating board may be used as a heating temperature raising device. Charging operation of the sintering raw material is such that the sintering raw material in the ore supplying hopper 1 is transferred to the charging sloping chute (S) via the drum feeder 2 and is supplied onto a pallet 8. When the steam can is used as the heating temperature raising device 5, temperature at a surface of the ceramic liners 3 is raised to 200°C.
