While a first raw material feeding device 11 furnished with a raw material housing 17; an inclined table 19; and a stopper 21 a the terminal of the inclined table 19; is provided at one side in the direction orthogonal to the feeding direction of a material feeding device 3, a second raw material feeding device 13 furnished with a raw material housing 25 having a raw material automatic winding device 29; a conveyer device 31; a chute 41; and a stopper 21 at the terminal of the chute 41; is provided at the other end in the direction orthogonal to the feeding direction of the material feeding device 3. consequently, a small diameter material is fed by the first raw material feeding device 11, while a large diameter material is fed by the second raw material feeding device 13, and as a result, the material can be fed efficiently, and the next cutting work can be prepared, so as to improve the working efficiency.
