To provide raw material for fluidized soil, which is low in costs, high in quality, and fitted for producing fluidized soil, and to provide a method of producing the fluidized soil.

The method of producing the fluidized soil is comprised of the following steps. In the dehydration step (A), mixed soil containing at least soil generated at the site is dehydrated to an extent that does not cure a curing agent curable by water. In the mixing step (B), the mixed soil dehydrated in the dehydrating step (A) is mixed with the curing agent to obtain a mixture. In the transportation step (C), the mixture of the mixed soil and the curing agent mixed in the mixing step (B) is transported to the site. In the agitation step (D), water is added to the mixture of the mixed soil and the curing agent transported to the site in the transportation step (C), and then the resultant mixture is agitated.
