Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw material gas liquefaction device having a feed line of liquefied raw material gas, which enables stable liquefaction operation of raw material gas compared to conventional ones, and provide a control method for correcting a liquefaction amount of raw material gas.SOLUTION: A raw material gas liquefaction device has a feed line 110 configured to supply raw material gas, and a refrigerant circulation line 130 configured to circulate refrigerant for cooling raw material gas. In the raw material gas, a cold generation system 141 in the refrigerant circulation line has an expansion turbine 138 configured to circulate refrigerant in a gas state, and generates cold. The raw material gas liquefaction device has a control device 150 configured to control a liquefaction amount of raw material gas according to the outlet side refrigerant temperature of the expansion turbine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
