Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of recovering valuable metals contained in the waste such as municipal refuse incineration or sludge at a low cost.SOLUTION: A raw material D5 for refining valuable metals contains silver, which is obtained as solid by solid-gas separating an extracted gas G1 by extracting while cooling a part of a combustion gas from a kiln waste gas flow path from a kiln tail of a cement kiln 5 to lowest stage cyclone or the like. Without spending a recovering cost in the process of treating the waste gas of the cement kiln, a raw material for refining valuable metals may be obtained. The extraction gas is separated into crude powder D1 and gas G2 containing fine powder D2 having a 10 μm pass part of 80 mass% or more, the gas containing fine powder is solid-gas separated to be able to obtain the raw material for refining valuable metals having a valuable metal concentration higher several times than natural ore by obtaining the raw material for refining valuable metals from fine powder having a high concentration of valuable metals and a low concentration of calcium and silicon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
