Abstract:

To equalize a stowage amount of a pile in a longitudinal direction.

The weight of a raw material parted from a storage tank 1 is measured by a line Merrick 11. An average value PVave of conveyance result amounts per unit time ta is calculated on the basis of a measurement signal, and "PVave/SP" obtained by dividing it by a target conveyance amount SP is set as a correction amount, and is stored in association with a measurement period of time for calculating the average value PVave of the conveyance result amounts. The required time from a point of time when the raw material passes through the measurement position by the line Merrick 11 to the point of time when it is actually dispensed from a boom belt conveyor 8 is defined as the required conveyance time. In this case, the correction amount associated with the measurement time corresponding to the point of time before the current point of time by the required conveyance time is obtained. The correction amount is multiplied by a reference travel speed V0 of a stowage stacker 7, and is set as a target travel speed Vtan at the present point of time.
