To provide a raw milk processing system intended for solving such problems that raw milk milked by dairy farmers every day is naturally shipped every day, but sometimes raw milk is not shipped because a road condition becomes worse by bad weather and raw milk must be disposed of when a storage period passes, or a part of colostrum or raw milk of cows developing diseases such as mastitis is disposed of, or returned raw milk because of passing its expiration date is disposed of in a dairy industry factory, and the disposal of raw milk of such cases becomes only a big burden such as decrease in income and disposal fee to the management of dairy farmers or dairy industry factories, and never becomes beneficial.

This raw milk processing system is such one that raw milk 1 is separated into oil and fat 3 and whey 4 and collected through throwing the raw milk 1 into an oil and fat separating collecting device 2 and processing. It is possible to add value to the oil and fat 3 as a compost raw material or a livestock feed raw material, and to whey 4 as a livestock beverage. The raw milk system can dispose of even raw milk of livestock developing diseases such as mastitis through easily processing separated whey with a sewage treatment device at a low cost.
