Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw ore firing device and a raw ore firing method capable of uniformly heating raw ores by satisfactorily increasing a heating gas within a layer without generating clogging within a furnace body and improving the quality of a fired product.SOLUTION: Provided is a raw ore firing device 1 where the upper part of a vertical cylindrical furnace body 2 is provided with a charge part 3 of raw ores, the lower part is provided with an exhaust part 4 and the space between the charge part 3 and the exhaust part 4 is provided with a heating part 7, raw ores charged from the charge part 3 into the furnace body 2 are heated by a heating gas from the heating part 7, and the obtained fired product is exhausted from the exhaust part 4. The inside of the furnace body 2 is provided with a fire grate 5 in the vertical direction of the furnace body 2 and at a position between the charge part 3 and the heating part 4, further, the position between the heating part 7 and the exhaust part 4 is provided with a fire grate 6 for exhaust, and the opening size of a through hole allowing the passing and dropping of the raw ores in the fire grate 5 for heating is set higher than that of the fire grate 6 for exhaust.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
