Abstract:

To provide a reach type forklift truck capable of stabilizing a load by preventing a vibration during running from directly transmitting to a long object even when the long object is placed on an outrigger for transportation.

This long object is transported in the state of being placed, so as to be bridged, on a deck 7 installed on the upper surface of a pair of outriggers 3 and 3 through shock absorbers 9a (elastic bodies). By this, a vibration during running is absorbed by the elastic bodies to prevent the vibration from being transmitted to the long object. Since the gravity center of the load is prevented from being moved by an oscillating motion, the load can be transported in a stable state of loading.
