PURPOSE: To measure the reaction capacity of a hand in an operation and to perform the self-diagnosis of fatigue of a person to be measured by providing plural push buttons and an attaching means which recognizes depression order information to depress the push button with the hand and operating the push buttons.

CONSTITUTION: Measured time data obtained by the result of depression of the push buttons 4-6 when the person to be measured depresses the buttons in measurement according to the depression order information recognized and attached by a depression order information recognizing/attaching means is stored in a first storage means by depressing the buttons, and also, comparison information difference such as difference between the measured time data or normal time data stored in a second storage means obtained by performing the measurement in normal time by the person to be measured and the measured time data, etc., is displayed on a display part 3. Therefore, when the measured time data is better than the normal time data or mean data stored in advance, the person to be measured recognizes that the reaction capacity of the hand in the measurement is superior, and performs such self-diagnosis that the fatigue is low in the above case and it is high in the case opposite to that.
