To provide an accelerator pedal reaction controller capable of easily switching an increase characteristic of a pedal reaction force at an early stage of pedal pressing even in operation.

In this accelerator pedal reaction controller, one end of a coil spring 19 is locked to a lock point A provided near a peripheral part of a turning plate 17 interlocking with an accelerator pedal 12, while the other end of the coil spring 19 is locked to a lock point B provided on a nearly circular circumference of a wheel type gear 22 constituting a worm gear mechanism 21 attached to a vehicle main body such that the coil spring 19 is stretched. A shaft of the wheel type gear 22 is provided such that a rotation shaft center Og of the wheel type gear 22 lies on a tangent line L1 contacting with a moving track arc S of the lock point A at the lock point A position in the case of no pressing of the accelerator pedal 12. Thereby, rotation of the wheel type gear 22 changes a tension of the coil spring 19 to allow easy adjustment of a reaction force against the pressing of the accelerator pedal 22 with a simple structure.
