Abstract:
PURPOSE: To industrially advantageously obtain a molded product free from curing defects and voids in reaction injection molding (RIM) using a norbornane type monomer reactive solution containing a metathesis catalyst system as a molding material.
CONSTITUTION: Prior to injecting a norbornane type monomer reactive solution containing a metathesis catalyst system into a mold, the mold held to 30°C or higher is purged by dry air with moisture content of absolute humidity 0.01kg(steam)/kg(dry air) or less.
