PURPOSE: To improve efficiency of energy consumption by a method wherein a disc is rotated in a uniform fluid flowing at a high speed and differential static pressure is taken out as a lifting force etc.

CONSTITUTION: A rotary shaft 1 is rotated in a container and a uniform fluid flowing in the radial direction and a circular form is made as indicated by an arrow under action of a rotary vane 7 which turns simultaneously. A rotary disc composed of one or more circular plates is rotated in a uniform fluid to generate static pressures different from each other on each of two surfaces 3 and 4 of a rotary disc, so that a lifitng force is taken out and efficiency of energy consumption can be improved.
