Then, pressure medium-feeding piping 21 is connected to the solid raw material-charge opening 3, and a liquid discharge opening 4 is connected to a raw material charge opening 13 by raw material transportation piping 24. Thereafter, a valve 23 is opened, and a reaction constituent liquefied by melting by a pressure medium from a pressure medium bombe 22 is transferred to a reaction tank 12 of a reaction apparatus 11 via a discharge nozzle 25 and the raw material transportation piping 24. At that time in order to maintain the reaction temperature of the reaction apparatus 11, warm water or cold water is fed to the jacket 14, and mixing is carried out by a mixer 15.
