To propose an organic synthesis reaction using a micro device into the tubular reaction flow passage of which a first reactive agent and a second reactive agent are sent alternately to alternately form a first reactive agent phase and a second reactive agent phase in the tubular reaction flow passage.
This reaction process comprises the steps of alternately sending the first reactive agent and the second reactive agent into the tubular reaction flow passage, alternately forming the first reactive agent phase and the second reactive agent phase in the tubular reaction flow passage and reacting the first reactive agent with the second reactive agent. The first reactive agent phase is not made compatible with the second reactive agent phase. An interphase transfer catalyst is incorporated in at least one of the first reactive agent phase and the second reactive agent phase.
