Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for further modifying the concrete reinforcement effect by a silicate-based surface impregnation method, to provide a reaction promotion material used therefor, and to provide a method for reducing construction sludge and a recovery water quantity treated as industrial waste.SOLUTION: A reaction promotion material promotes reaction between a silicate-based surface impregnation material and concrete. The reaction promotion material includes a calcium component and nitrite. A concrete reinforcement method uses the silicate-based surface impregnation material. The concrete reinforcement method comprises a process (A) of coating the reaction promotion material including the calcium component and the nitrite on a concrete surface, and a process (B) of coating the silicate-based surface impregnation material. The calcium component extracted from the construction sludge and/or recovery water is particularly used as the calcium component included in the reaction promotion material, to also contribute to reuse of the industrial waste.
