Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a reaction tank enabling the cleavage as it is without taking out after synthesis when used in a disposable reactor of a simple continuous synthesizer for the synthesis of DNA, etc., by filling a polyalkylene filter on the bottom of a reaction tank.
CONSTITUTION: A filter made of preferably polypropylene and having a thickness of 5-10μm is filled on the bottom of a reaction tank and a solid-phase resin (125-63μm thick) is laminated on the filter to obtain the objective reaction tank.
