Abstract:
To provide a high pressure resistant, lightweight and inexpensive reaction vessel.
The outer surface shape of a reaction vessel 1 is formed into the columnar shape formed of upper and lower faces and a side face, and two planes out of a plurality of faces constituting an inner surface are formed in parallel with two planes constituting outer faces, and an inlet for a material to be reacted is provided on the above-said side face. Particularly the pressure resistance of the side face of the reaction vessel 1 can be increased by the arrangement. Also it is not necessary to form a thick outer wall of the reaction vessel 1 and the weight of the reaction vessel 1 can be reduced to manufacture the reaction vessel inexpensively.
