To obtain the subject dye expressed by a specific formula, having excellent compatibility with another reactive dye for fiber, capable of exhibiting high absorption ratio and fixation ratio, excellent in light resistance and general wet resistance such as washing fastness.

A compound of formula I [R1 is H or a 1-8C hydrocarbon arbitrarily containing O, N or S atom; R2 is same as R1 but independent from R1; Ra is H, a 1-4C alkyl, a 2-4C hydroxyalkyl, etc.; RG is a group containing a group reactive against fiber and expressed by AxSO2B (Ax is a divalent hydrocarbon optionally containing N, O or S atom; B is CHCH2, etc.), etc.; M is AlOH or AlCl; Pc is phthalocyanine; (a)=1-3; (b) is 0, 1-3; (c) is 0, 1, 2]. Further, for obtaining the compound, it is preferable that a compound of formula II is made to react with one equivalent of HNRaAxSO2B e.g. under conditions of pH3-7 at 0-40°C, etc., and further the reaction product is made to react with (b) equivalent of HNR1R2 e.g. under condition of pH5-9 at 0-40°C, etc., followed by the hydrolysis in an aqueous medium under an acidic condition.
